The Nightline Awards 2015

On Saturday April 18th we attended the Nightline 2015 Awards Dinner, as part fo their Spring Conference, at Durham University.
Nightlines offer a through-the-night confidential and anonymous support and information service run by students for students.
Nightlines are available in over 100 universities, are run by over 2,000 student volunteers and provide support to over 1,500,000 students.

Protecting mental health must begin at Britain's schools

Last week the Trust was interviewed by Robert Lea, Industrial Journalist at the Times, as part of their Time to Mind campaign. The artcile was published today and highlights the importance of mental health and emotional wellbeing being at the centre of the ethos and culture of Britain's education system. We emphasise the need to create a society where children are given the opportunity, the knowledge and the skills to keep mentally well.
